Hi Omkar, welcome.  You can start by downloading the source.  If
you're familiar with CVS, you can pull the sources from CVS using the
instructions here: http://ayttm.sourceforge.net/cvs.shtml  This will
be the absolutely latest and greatest code, so is your best option.

If not, you can download a tarball here:
http://ayttm.sourceforge.net/files.shtml which is the latest release
version, but it a few months old.

Start by using the application and get a feel for what it does.  Then
start tinkering around.  Find something that bugs you and figure out
how to fix it using gdb or the printf statement to trace through the
code.  If you're going to be at foss.in, we can meet then and take it
further.
