Summary: Sub menus only expand on primary monitor on WinXP

On Windows XP with multiple monitors the sub menus 
always expand on to the primary monitor even when 
Ayttm is running on open on a secondary monitor.

Message:
The bug report is outdated and the issue may have been fixed in the current
version of ayttm. Please open another ticket if that is not the case.
