I don't know where you're based (though your timezone suggests US East
Coast), but the conference is in Bangalore, India, so you'll need to
find your way to the conference on your own.  If this is not possible
you can still look at the TODO list at that URL and figure out what
interests you most.  I'll let Siddhesh figure out how you can
contribute.
