	I won;t be able to be there but it might be interesting
	to the folks that every exchange that has a v4 delegation
	from ep.net will have a v6 delegation as of 01jan2003. 

	not on the ex front, but interesting:  the v6 DNS testbed
	has the following entries:

	root/arpa/int - root-ops
	mil/gov	      - saic/disa
	com/net/org   - verisign
	jp	      - JPRS
	nl	      - NLlabs
	se	      - KTH/SEnic
	
	wiht CN, KR, and FR in negotiations for addition.
