Some points from my side, regarding Euro6IX:

Layer2/3 IPv6 IX: Lisbon, Madrid, Paris, London, Torino, Berlin, Zurich and probably Sweeden, others being arranged.

All the network is now up and running, except Swiss.

Linked also to 6Bone and 6NET (NRN and academia mainly, some industry, towards experiment with IPv6 to deploy it in GEANT in 3 years
or sooner)

All the links are 34 Mbits. 17 partners are connected to the network for additional research on network topics and applications. The
partners connect usually
with 8 Mbps. links to the IXs.

Working in a 34-45 Mbps link to Japan, if we succed to negotiate with the sponsor. It seems that US is not needed because we can
transit via 6NET.

Target: connect as many ISPs together for free (research basis)

The project web site is www.euro6ix.org (also .net, .com, v4 and v6).

Look in the DOCUMENTS section of the Euro6IX web site (you need to register the 1st time, to keep updated).
