	hum....

	well, exchanges that have IPv4 space from EP.NET now -ALL-
	have IPv6 prefixes associated with them.  If the paperwork is
	up to date, then any of those exchanges will have both
	IPv4 and IPv6 prefixes active.

	We are still waiting on the paperwork from PARIX.
	All the telehouse facilities have active IPv6 as overlays on 
	their IPv4 facilities as do the WorldCom MAE exchanges.

	We've not done a real good job of promoting this, but it is 
	there.
