Regarding the Euro6IX network (not euro6), peering policy, and so on, please take a look into D2.2. You can find it at
www.euro6ix.org, documents/deliverables.

Isn't really a conflict what we have, is just the goal of the funding, to be for R&D and no commercial traffic, but as said, today
we don't consider IPv6 commercial in practically any case if someone want to connect to learn or try.
