Hi,
 I went through all emails related to the info on ipv6 exchanges, in order
to update the web page. I'm willing and ready to update the web page,
however, it is difficult to get any structure out of comments.
 Could people managing an ipv6-ready exchange (either not on the current
web page or need to modify it) fill the following simple form, so I can
update the web page? 

Form to be filled by manager of an ipv6-ready exchange:
 
Exchange name:
Location: <City/Province|State/Country>
Status: operational|...
web site: http://
contact name:
contact email:
description: <some text>

And send it to me...
