Hi,

	Linux port of KAME's racoon, setkey and libipsec is hosted on 
sourceforge.net. Therefore,

cvs -d:pserver:[email protected]:/cvsroot/ipsec-tools login
[password is empty, so just press Enter]

cvs -z3 -d:pserver:[email protected]:/cvsroot/ipsec-tools co 
  ipsec-tools
