(racoon 765) racoon as a vpn concentrator

Hi,

probably simple question, is there a way to configure racoon with ip-sec
tools as vpn concentrator?
What I mean is:

   lan1     lan2     lan3
    |        |        |
    gw1 . . gw2 . . . gw3

I have three linux boxes, and two ipsec tunnels configured between
lan1-lan2 and lan2-lan3. Is there a way to configure racoon on gw2 to
allow access directly from lan1 to lan3, without creating direct tunnel
from gw1 to gw3?
