(racoon 781) Windows and Solaris IKE implementation of Racoon required

Hi,
        Can you please help me regarding where we can get the Windows and 
the solaris implementation of Racoon for IKE. We require that very 
urgently.If any one ported that for solaris and windows please  send me 
ASAP. If any one has any information about any other implementations of 
IKE for solaris or Windows....
 Please sent me ASAP .
