(racoon 801) RE: GSS-API endpoint id modifications?

As a follow-up question, would racoon be able to work with an IKE
implementation which advertised its GSS-API endpoint id in the SA
attribute 0x4000 as the full exported-name blob (RFC 2743, section 3.2)?
