(racoon 846) Racoon NAT-T Transport Mode

Hi! 

I just wanted to know, what, according to my googling, many people want
to know: 

Is there a patch or possibility to use Racoon for NAT-T Transport mode?
I know it is considered insecure in the actual state, but is it possible
with any patch out there? 

I really wanna support WindowsXP/L2TP Clients, and it would be working,
except for nat-t. 

I use Linux2.6sec (2.6.9) and ipsec-tools-0.3.3-1. 
I really hoped there would be a solution. 

And I am not sure, if this is a Kernel or Racoon-Problem (supporting
Nat-T for Transport Mode). 

Any help would be really appreciated!
