Definitely. Not only testing here, but a full-production VPN-Server
which supports Windows-Clients behind NAT's, Mac-OS X, Linux Clients and
the weird Windows-PDA's. 

I've written an Howto for this. I haven't yet received the approval to
publish it. But in a few weeks it will be published.
