(racoon2 76) Re: Racoon2 project status

Hi,

The project is still active.  We are preparing the web site, and will publish
the next release soon.  In fast, we tested with other implementations at the
bakeoff in last Sep, 2005.  the previous version 20051102 looked very good.
What we need is an friendly user's interface and good documents.  unfortunately,
those are not ready.
