   Given that the [1]latest release of mIRC supports SSL for encrypted
   connections, we have decided to let our IPv6+SSL test server listen on
   IPv4 as well.

   mIRC users should read [2]the instructions to begin using IRC over SSL
   with mIRC.

   Our SSL server is listening on [3]chocolate.blitzed.org port 994 (the
   standard IRC-over-SSL port) and [4]chocolate.blitzed.org port 9999.
   SSL is also still available for IPv6 users at [5]irc.ipv6.blitzed.org
   port 9999.

   Please bear in mind when using this service:
     * It is unsupported - our SSL (and IPv6) server is still in testing.
     * If you feel you need the security of SSL be aware that only the
       link between you and the server is encrypted. If you talk to users
       on other servers then your traffic will go to their server using
       only RC4 encryption and from there to them using no encryption at
       all.
       You can tell if someone is using an encrypted connection by doing
       a /whois on them. They will also have usermode +S set for them.
