If I send you an email that says this:

would you not think it logical to have a look for where the string
"red.netdoozer.com" may appear in your config file to see if you
have put it correctly?

But no, apparently you found it better to just say:

Instead of looking at what the actual sample config has there:

which hopefully you can see the rather obvious mistake you have
made. (at no point does it tell you to put "From: " in front of it)

But no, you still maintain that it is our problem:

which is not true.  It's not the fact that you got something wrong,
which we all do, but the fact that I have to actually debate the
matter with you and still end up being told it is our fault
afterwards, when it isn't.  It just makes me not want to bother, and
that's my standpoint now: I don't want to be forced to bother with
you in future.
