In most cases, it was flaky as a whole, for about a half hour or 
something. It dropped connections of all clients, kept trying to connect 
to all hubs, but failed, or disconnected again within minutes. Then, 
after about a half hour or an hour, things returned back to normal.

So it wasn't just connectivity to the hubs, it was the connection as a 
whole.

Once it was down for hours because of a problem during a software 
upgrade, I think.
