Our /list wouldn't look bigger as it's more the /list for not-registered
users that counts for the size of an IRC network. See below.

What about clients like irc.netsplit.de's tunix?
It wouldn't register anyway and then list Blitzed's channel count as 0 (I
don't know whether it uses /lusers to get the count or /list -- but I
think the latter).
