Realistically, how many users would connect with IPv6. 99.9% of people
are tunnelling it over IPv4 anyway. Is it worth it?

Does anyone really want this? What usage does it get where it is
available?

People who really want to vhost have bouncers elsewhere anyway.

Because nobody is actually that unhappy with the current IRCD?
