I am now calling an admin vote on this matter.  The question is,
should EB be allowed to vote in admin votes.

a) Yes, if an EB member is identified as a server admin then they
   may vote for their server in the same way that non-EB server
   admins do.

b) Yes, EB members should have a vote whether they are server admins
   or not, but not more than one vote per server.

c) No, the current system is fine, where EB members are not allowed
   to vote and if they are server admins they neeed to appoint
   someone else to vote on behalf of that server.

d) ABSTAIN.

Mark for chocolate
Phil for carrot

Not eligible for voting:

zucchini is still in testlink
