CFV, EB members and admin votes result

The Options:

a) Yes, if an EB member is identified as a server admin then they
 >    may vote for their server in the same way that non-EB server
 >    admins do.
 >
 > b) Yes, EB members should have a vote whether they are server admins
 >    or not, but not more than one vote per server.
 >
 > c) No, the current system is fine, where EB members are not allowed
 >    to vote and if they are server admins they neeed to appoint
 >    someone else to vote on behalf of that server.
