   The outcome of zucchini's previous permlink vote was to extend its
   testlink by another month. That month has now come to an end, and a
   second permlink vote needs to be started.

   So, all servers' voters now need to cast one of the following votes:
    1. Approve the permlink - zucchini will become a fully linked server,
       with voting priveleges etc..
    2. Deny the testlink - zucchini will be delinked.
    3. Extend the testlink further.
    4. Abstain.

   Eligible to vote are:
     * Phil for penguin
     * John for dope
     * Philipp for milk
     * Mark for chocolate
     * Andryan for carrot
     * Andy for lik-m-aid
     * David for cgiirc
     * Dean for toblerone

   Not eligible to vote:
     * zucchini.fl.us.blitzed.org - in testlink
     * mango.va.us.blitzed.org - in testlink

   The vote begins now. Please direct all votes to Simon (swat AT blitzed
   DOT org) preferably in private email. Votes will be accepted until
   11:00 UTC Thursday 5th August 2004.
