I wouldn't know, and we haven't established if this is a customer or
an employee yet.  What does any shell server company's SLA mean...

A role account usually means root, hostmaster, postmaster, etc.
i.e., the account of a named ROLE, not of a person.  So I think you
meant to say "the owner email is a user account on this machine".

That still doesn't mean a lot, but unless this person contacts us
with some evidence that they are not a customer of reverse.net then
I think we would have to assume they in fact are.

I can't read German but I'm guessing you are trying to show that he
hasn't been online since the day he registered the nick.
