   The testlink period for mango.va.us.blitzed.org is now complete

   So, all servers' voters now need to cast one of the following votes:
    1. Approve the permlink - mango will become a fully linked server,
       with voting priveleges etc..
    2. Deny the testlink - mango will be delinked.
    3. Extend the testlink further.
    4. Abstain.

   Eligible to vote are:
     * Phil C for penguin
     * John for dope
     * Philipp for milk
     * Mark for chocolate
     * Phil S for carrot
     * David for cgiirc
     * Dean for toblerone
     * Niki for porkchop
     * kari for zucchini

   Not eligible to vote:
     * mango.va.us.blitzed.org - in testlink

   The vote begins now. Please direct all votes to Simon (swat AT blitzed
   DOT org) preferably in private email. Votes will be accepted until
   22:30 UTC Wednesday 1st September 2004.
