OPM team needs some more email help

The OPM project could use some more people to answer the various types of emails we get. People are needed to answer abuse reports, requests to start reporting proxies from BOPM, requests to send us spam and emails from confused users who can't get on IRC. It is not hard work, all you need to be able to do is watch what the rest of us do and then do the same, in clear and legible English. Everything is done from email, the staff web site, and the RT web site. It is, however, very boring work with no rewards.
