I agree, but as you say this only suggests it isn't that great as a
hub[1].  As a leaf I'm sure it would still be better than porkchop
which we have been having stability issues with recently.  A
testlink will tell.. :)

[1] It's too early to say if it would be a good hub or not, but from
    our point of view we already have two well-connected euro hubs
    and from the initial traceroutes as mark says it doesn't look as
    well-connected.
