We hope that you will stick around.  If at a later date you have a
server outside of western europe, or if we lose some servers in
western europe then we will probably want to contact you again.

There's also a lot of other ways to help Blitzed without being an
oper/admin.  Many of the things we need doing are not related to irc
servers in fact.
