   Cookies is due for another permlink vote.

   Vote options are:
    1. Approve the permlink - cookies will become a fully linked server.
    2. Deny the permlink - cookies will be delinked.
    3. Extend the testlink further by another 30 days.
    4. Abstain.

   Eligible to vote are:
