I personally do not see a reason for the EB to change or a vote to be conducted. if it were necessary than the admin team would bring it up. A vote and regular change of the EB would cause more problems than it would solve and the network would essentially explode. not to mention, push comes to shove admins own the servers not EB so if things with the current EB ever got out of hand it isn't like it would be incredibly difficult to kick them to the curb but I do not see any reason or situation that could cause that chain of events because grifferz does all the work no one feels like doing and to discard him means one of us lazy staff would have to step up and do his 101 jobs which would also lead to the explosion of the network. Problems of voting: Popularity bull Propaganda campaigns Fighting Problems of not voting: grifferz occasionally complains every few months because he does most of the work people obsessed with democracy complain. I like the current system and the people doing the job, democracy causes more problems than it solves in certain situations. The only way I could see a vote being necessary is if one of the EB retired like for example IRC was harmful to animals or something and grifferz had to leave but other than that it would be a bad idea.
