   From around 08:00 GMT Saturday 16th April, penguin.uk.eu.blitzed.org's
   host will be taken down for scheduled maintenance.

   The downtime may last up to 48 hours so users who have set penguin as
   their preferred server should point their irc clients at
   irc.blitzed.org to get onto another server. Unless there is a good
   reason for directly connecting to penguin, choosing irc.blitzed.org is
   recommended for the future also.
