   The application for [1]teriyaki.uk.eu.blitzed.org was voted on by the
   routing team and the server was granted a test link to the network.
   However the admin, task, has not yet linked the server to the network
   as they need to make some further changes to the server itself. We
   will further review the status of this application in due course.
