As of now the routing team is disbanded and all their duties will be
handled by the admin team.
Primarily this includes:
* Evaluating new public server applications & routing hubs
* Updating the [1]routing plan
* Routing client development & use
We will conduct routing matters as much as possible on staff or public
lists so that any former routing staff who are not represented on the
admin team may continue to have input.
