It's my decision based on lack of activity from everywhere else, so
yes you could call it an EB decision, or you could just call it my
decision, they seem to be equivalnet at the moment.

I was planning to sort out who is the routing secretary once things
have settled down, or someone naturally moves into that role, or
whatever.
