i'm not whining. it's just the fact that phil came with a new server
when i just submitted my application. bad timing :-)

as i already mentioned phil's server is much better than mine (hardware
specs & connectivity)

i will probably revoke my application, because phil's server is *much*
better than mine - and a lot of you don't want a 14 year old admin - i
can understand that.
