   The [1]vote on the network's choice of ircd has concluded with the
   following results:
     * 5 servers voted CAB
     * 4 servers voted CBA
     * 1 server voted BCA

   'C' is the only unbeaten option and therefore Blitzed will attempt to
   move towards a Bahamut 1.8-based ircd in the near future.
