   A new release of Blitzed Services will be loaded onto the network at
   approximately 20:00 GMT today. This is the first real release in a
   while but will only contain a few minor additions:
     * Beginnings of German, Danish and Swedish translations.
     * AutoJoins are now ordered by the the time of addition instead of
       alphabetically.
     * ChanServ KICK command added.
     * Opers can now list/view/delete AutoKills by ID number.
     * OperServ PENDING command added so that services opers can list and
       delete pending email auth requests (such as sent on nick register,
       nick drop, etc.)
     * NickServ SET COORDS setting added so that you can tell other users
       and the network where you are located - we will likely plot you on
       some kind of [1]Google Map soon!

   The main point of this release is to fix some major memory leaks and
   prepare for transition to Bahamut 1.8.
