   The permlink vote for pizza.de.eu.blitzed.org has concluded with a
   majority of admins in favour of granting the server a permlink.

   [1]Konstantin will now be granted full voting rights in the admin
   team. Please join with us in congratulating him.

   The vote options were as follows:
    1. Approve the permlink - pizza will become a fully linked server.
    2. Deny the permlink - pizza will be delinked.
    3. Extend the testlink further by another 30 days.

   The results were as follows:
     * 5 servers voted 1, 3, 2
     * 2 servers abstained
     * 1 server voted 1, 2
     * 1 server voted 2, 1
