   The permlink vote for koolaid.ny.us.blitzed.org has concluded with the
   majority of admins voting in favour of extending its testlink by 30
   days.

   The vote options were as follows:
    1. Approve the permlink - koolaid will become a fully linked server.
    2. Deny the permlink - koolaid will be delinked.
    3. Extend the testlink further by another 30 days.

   The results were as follows:
     * 5 servers in favor of extending koolaid's testlink.
     * 4 servers voted otherwise.
     * 2 servers didn't vote.
