   Recently, Blitzed [1]submitted a news item looking for users to
   nominate themselves to join the Executive Board, which was lost some
   months ago due to its past members having other commitments.

   The period allocated for users to nominate themselves was two weeks
   and that period is now over; thus it is time for the Admin Team to
   vote on which three nominees will join the Executive Board.

   Each nomination needed to be supported by at least two other users to
   be eligible to stand for the EB and to support others' nominations.
   The nominees nickname must have been registered with NickServ for a
   period of at least one year.

   The successful nominees are:
     * a: Antony Seedhouse (Antony)
     * b: Michelle Allen (poedgirl)
     * c: Phil Clarke (philc/MrFridge)
     * d: Phil Kern (pkern)
     * e: Simon Pearson (sonorous)

   It should be noted that sonorous has not had a registered nickname on
   Blitzed for a year yet (short at 10 months) but did receive the
   largest support.

     * Andryan for mango.va.us.blitzed.org
     * Antony for tabasco.hub.eu.blitzed.org

   The Admin Team will use the [2]Condorcet method of voting so will vote
   in order of preference (e.g. "aebcd"). Voting starts now and votes
   must be directed by email only to [3][email protected] Votes will be
   accepted until 11:00 UTC Tuesday March 21st 2006, or when a majority
   is reached; whichever is sooner.
