CFV: Executive Board

The time for nominations has passed and the admin team must now vote
to decide the new Executive Board.

As only three candidates were at least seconded and thirded the vote
will be to decide whether to agree to the new Executive Board of
Antony, Fraggle and MrFridge or to extend the time for nominations.

Vote options are:

    * a: Antony, Fraggle and MrFridge for the new Executive Board.
    * b: Extend time for nominations by a week.

All servers eligible to cast votes should do so according to our
Condorcet method for admin voting, casting votes in order of
preference (e.g., "ab").

Each eligible voter should cast their vote by email to [email protected]

Eligible voters are:

    * Andrew for syrup.hub.ca.blitzed.org
    * Antony for texmex.tx.us.blitzed.org
    * David for cgiirc.*
    * Dean for raisin.hub.us.blitzed.org
    * Erik for cookies.on.ca.blitzed.org
    * John for dope.se.eu.blitzed.org
    * Lasse for beer.dk.eu.blitzed.org / openbeer.dk.eu.blitzed.org
    * Mark for smalahove.hub.eu.blitzed.org
    * Paul for koolaid.ny.us.blitzed.org
    * Phil C for penguin.uk.eu.blitzed.org
    * Ragnar for slupp.de.eu.blitzed.org
    * Simon for tabasco.uk.eu.blitzed.org

Not eligible to vote are:

    * Chris for cabernet.ca.us.blitzed.org (in testlink)

The vote will last until a majority is reached, or for 7 days,
whichever is shorter.
