CFV: Permlink vote for teroldego.fl.us.blitzed.org (fwd)

dg[1] has proposed a server[2] in the eastern United States in order
to help fill the gap that texmex will leave when it delinks.

Vote options are:

      * a: Grant a perm link.
      * b: Deny a perm link.
      * c: Extend testlink by 2 weeks.

All servers eligible to cast votes should do so according to our
Condorcet method for admin voting, casting votes in order of
preference (e.g., "abc").

Each eligible voter should cast their vote by email to [email protected]

Eligible voters are:

      * Andrew for syrup.hub.ca.blitzed.org
      * Dean for raisin.hub.us.blitzed.org
      * Erik for cookies.on.ca.blitzed.org
      * John for dope.se.eu.blitzed.org
      * Lasse for beer.dk.eu.blitzed.org / openbeer.dk.eu.blitzed.org
      * Mark for smalahove.hub.eu.blitzed.org
      * Paul for koolaid.ny.us.blitzed.org
      * Phil C for penguin.uk.eu.blitzed.org

Not eligible to vote are:

      * dg for teroldego.* (subject of vote)
      * chrisg for cabernet.* (testlink)

The vote will last until a majority is reached, or for 7 days,
whichever is shorter.
