CFV: testlink vote for vindaloo.uk.eu.blitzed.org (fwd)

sonorous[1] has proposed a server[2] in the united kingdom in
order to help fill the gap that was left with the departure of tabasco.

Vote options are:

       * a: Grant a perm link.
       * b: Deny a perm link.


All servers eligible to cast votes should do so according to our
Condorcet method for admin voting, casting votes in order of
preference (e.g., "ab").

Each eligible voter should cast their vote by email to [email protected]

Eligible voters are:

Not eligable to vote:

       * dg for teroldego.* (testlinked)
       * chrisg for cabernet.* (testlinked)

The vote will last until a majority is reached, or for 7 days,
whichever is shorter.
