CFV: Testlink for cheesecake.nj.us.blitzed.org

chrisg has proposed[1] to link cheesecake.nj.us., to replace cabernet.tx.us.
This is a vote to decide if we like chrisg and his server, or not. You have the
following options:

* a: Grant a test link.
* b: Deny a test link.
* c: Grant a test link, but automatically promote to a permlink after 30 days,
     unless an issue is raised by an admin team member.
     (As effectively this is "just" a move of cabernet.)

All servers eligible to cast votes should do so according to our Condorcet
method for admin voting, casting votes in order of preference (e.g., "ab").

Each eligible voter should cast their vote by email to [email protected]

Ineligible voters are:
* Chris for cabernet.ca.us.blitzed.org (subject of vote)
* Rangar for ouzo.nl.eu.blitzed.org (in test link)

The vote will last until a majority is reached, or for 7 days, whichever is
shorter.
