CFV: Testlink for ninja.uk.eu.blitzed.org

Steffan has proposed[1] to link ninja.uk.eu. This is a vote to decide if we
should testlink this server. The options are as follows:

* a: Grant a test link.
* b: Deny a test link.

All servers eligible to cast votes should do so according to our Condorcet
method for admin voting, casting votes in order of preference (e.g., "ab").

Each eligible voter should cast their vote by email to [email protected]

Eligible voters are:

  * Dean for fishnchips.hub.eu.blitzed.org
  * Erik for cookies.on.ca.blitzed.org
  * Phil for penguin.uk.eu.blitzed.org
  * Rangar for bjor.ca.us.blitzed.org
  * Steve for sausage.tx.us.blitzed.org
  * Michelle for crackle.wa.au.blitzed.org

The vote will last until a majority is reached, or for 7 days, whichever is
shorter.
