Hi:

I have read the FAQs and services URLS and cannot find a reply to this
question. Hope you can help/

WHen I am in a channel on blitzed.org with a number of others and wish
to chat privately to one such as "MickeyMouse", why is it that I get the
following message:

*MickeyMouse*- DCC REJECT CHAT CHAT Not Supported

Is it because one of us is using IRC software and the other a cgi web
page access?  Is there a solution?
