Chat problem

Hi

I'm trying to chat in one of your chat rooms but can't communicate with anyone!

I have entered a nickname, entered the chat room I want to be in, had everyone say hi to me, but when I type a message in the text box below and press enter and wait, my message doesn't come up in the chat section of the screen, so I can't talk to anyone.

Please let me know how to solve this!
