Fraudulent attempt to blacklist

Dear webmaster,

It appears a disgruntled competitor has sabotaged our member referral form
to submit a fraudulent spam to at least 96 spam watchdogs and/or spam
sensitive sites. Our logs indicate you were one of them.

The email with which they used to sign into our system is
[email protected], however they rigged the form to make it appear to
be from "[email protected]"--an address we do not support. They
signed into our system from IP 67.34.237.117 - or
adsl-34-237-117.bct.bellsouth.net.

Our site is SwingDater.com (216.93.162.252), and we have a strict anti-spam
policy, especially in regards to our referral program. Until yesterday, we
allowed members to input their personal email addresses to the "From" field,
rather than use the one in which they used to register with us. This has
proven to be a mistake, obviously, and now we hardcode their membership
email instead in an effort to curb such activity in the future.

In any case, we would appreciate it if you would remove us from your watch
list if you've added us, as the aforementioned "spam" was a fraudulent and
meanspirited attempt to get us blacklisted.

Thank you,

John Harrell
