the chat rooms

hello my name is louise. 
my school friends found your web page and they all go in there to chat, i 
wish i could be part of that but i cannot because when i try the chat room window 
comes up but its blank apary from a little question mark, hammer and a x 
button in the corner.
i cannot see anything but my friends can see that im in the room.
i really do want to enter the chat room and talk to all my school friends
please can you help me
