I'm trying to send a message to IBM
Lotus but I'm receiving the error:

Error transferring to lotus.LOTUS.COM;
SMTP Protocol Returned a Permanent Error 553 5.3.0 Delivery blocked; sender
rejected via DNS blacklist. Visit http://www.blitzed.org/ for more information.

What's happening? Why we are in that
black list? How to take our name out of this list?
